Combating
Stress
Many serious diseases have been linked to stress and the disintegration it causes in our core life, the part of life that is the most important to all of us. Stress is the interference the irritations of life bring and includes boredom. This is not to include true-life crises. Crises clear stress and cause one to focus only on the crises itself. Crises are overwhelming and very destructive. Physical crises may be brought on by the daily build-up of stress which cause a multitude of symptoms from irritability, to physical symptoms like headaches, stomach and abdominal problems, heart palpitations, tightness in ones throat or chest and even some forms of violence.

Feedback
"We arranged on-site massage for fellow
students prior to exam week.
Students noticed a surge of energy following
massage. They were
delighted and grateful stating that they
were so tense before and now
felt more relaxed and able to face the rest
of studying and the
upcoming exams more easily."
